So, you’re looking for Gong.io alternatives because you found Gong a bit out of budget? Perhaps, your case does not fit really well? It happened to me too. I’ve been a huge Gong fan – I wrote this huge article on their marketing. But Notiv is a good alternative for some of the non-sales use-cases.

Notiv Review – Must-Have Features for Meeting Recording & Transcription Software
Not only does it provide the ability to record and playback meetings, but it also provides voice-to-text input. You can easily share notes with others by using Notiv’s Share function, which is a great way to collaborate on projects.
I already shared the MUST-Have features above before this headline.
But here’s a must-have that you should be considering other transcription, recording, and integrations with your conference tool.
- Accuracy: We all have accents (especially, I do). It should accurately transcribe and record your meeting.
- Voice file: You should be able to get a recording of the call. I turned off the recording from Zoom completely.
- Disclaimers: Your guest should be aware that this is a note-taker, and it will record the call.
- Join live meetings instantly: You should be able to add Notiv on an ad-hoc basis.
- Mobile apps: I do almost 1 out of 5 calls on mobile, and mobile transcription is critical. As mobile calls are getting more adopted, this is a MUST-have feature.
- Notes & action items: We just don’t want to record a call. We should make notes and action items. That IS the reason why I use Notiv (and you should too).
